Zone Counts, Counter Submenu, and Context Menu Fixes

Features

• Zone counts in player info - hand size, library count, graveyard count, and exile count are now shown in the player info area so you can track everyone's board state at a glance.
• Counter submenu - counters have been moved into a submenu in the card context menu. Unshielded counters now have a toggle-all option so you can flip multiple at once.

Fixes

• Flip for double-faced cards - the flip option wasn't showing up in the context menu for double-faced cards. Now appears correctly.
• Clone from context menu - cloning a card via the right-click menu wasn't working. Fixed.
• Counter menu on tokens - the counter submenu was showing up for tokens and other local-only cards where it doesn't apply. Now hidden for those.
